Location is seconds from Paddington Station, making this cheapie attractive for commuters. Just a cheap B&B, nothing fancy, well run, clean and serves a hearty breakfast. Rates are not always the best value as larger hotels can undercut them. But overall it's reasonable and sees its fair share of return clients.
